Creme Brulee Recipe

the ingredients :

  • 3egg yolks.
  • 100 ml milk.
  • Sugar.
  • 200gm whipping cream.
  • vanilla.
  • glass molds.

Preparation :

-Put in a bowl 100ml of milk with 200g of whipping cream, heat, and stir for 3 minutes.

-Mix 3 egg yolks with 35 grams of sugar with a spoon, add to them the heated milk with cream and a spoonful of vanilla extract, mix well.

-Pass the mixture through a sieve to filter it.

-Put the molds in the oven tray.
-Fill the molds with the mixture and immerse them in hot water.

-Bake in the oven at 160°C for 40 minutes.
-After the molds come out of the oven, leave them for a while and then put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
-Take out the molds from the refrigerator, put a little sugar on top of the cream, heat them with something on fire for two minutes to dissolve the sugar completely.
