Milk chocolate cookie
the ingredients :
- 50gm unsalted butter.
- 45 grams of sugar.
- 1gram of salt.
- an egg.
- chocolate chips.
- 60 grams full-fat milk.
- 140 grams of flour.
Preparation :
-Put in a glass bowl 50g of unsalted butter, 45g of sugar, and 1g of salt, mix them together until the butter becomes soft, add an egg, mix until the butter turns liquid.
-Sift 60 grams of whole milk powder with 140 grams of flour over the liquid butter.
-Mix them together until they become a little cohesive, knead it with your hands and make it smooth and round.
-Lift the dough 15 grams, make it round on the palm of your hand, press the dough in a concave way, put the chocolate chips inside, then make it round.
-Bake in the oven at 160°C for 18 minutes.
