A quick and easy Italian recipe: MINI TACOS



the ingredients :

  • 400 grams flour.
  • salt.
  • 8 grams of baking yeast.
  • 60 ml oil.
  • 240 ml water.
  • chopped onion.
  • 300 gm chicken breast.
  • black pepper.
  • curry.
  • garlic powder.
  • mayonnaise.
  • fried potato.
  • Cheese Slices.

Preparation :

Dough preparation :

-In a baking bowl, put 400g of flour, a pinch of salt, 8g of yeast, and 60ml of oil and mix together.
-Add to them 240 ml of water, knead with your hands.
-Cover the dough, let it rest for 30 minutes.
-We form small balls from the dough.

-Knead the dough ball, and spread it on the surface.

-Preheat the pan, cook each dough separately (turn it over to cook it well).

Preparation of the filling :

-Turn on the stove, put the pan, and pour a little oil.
-Fry a few onion slices, add to them (300g chicken breast, a pinch of salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, a pinch of curry and garlic powder), stir well with a spoon until the chicken is cooked through.

-Put a dough and add in the middle a spoonful of mayonnaise, a spoonful of the chicken mixture, a little French fries, and a folded slice of cheese.

-Cover the ingredients with bread and put them on the grill a little (don't forget to stir them).
