pepperoni pizza
the ingredients :
- 4 grams dry yeast.
- Water.
- 180 grams flour.
- 3 grams of salt.
- 8 grams fine sugar.
- 10 grams olive oil.
- 70 gr pizza sauce.
- 130g grated cheese.
- pepperoni.
- black pepper.
Preparation :
-Mix 4 grams of dry yeast with 115 ml of water, mix them well until the yeast is completely dissolved in the water.
-Put 180g of flour, 3g of salt, 8g of fine sugar, and 10g of olive oil in a bowl and add the yeast water to them, stirring them a little.
-Put on gloves, and knead the dough with your hands for 5 minutes, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-After 30 minutes, sprinkle the surface with flour, then take out the dough and rub it on the surface.
-Make it circular and wrap its ends with your fingers.
-Pierce the inside of the dough with a fork.
-Put 70g of pizza sauce, 130g of grated cheese, and circles of pepperoni and black olives respectively.
-Bake in the oven at 210 ° C for (12-15) minutes.
