CREME CARAMEL
the ingredients :
- 200 grams of sugar.
- 200 grams butter.
- 200 grams of flour.
- 1liter milk.
Preparation :
-Melt the sugar in a saucepan, when the melted sugar becomes brown add 200g of butter (stir carefully to melt the butter).
-After the butter melts, add a liter of milk, mix a little, then add 200 grams of flour, stir constantly until it starts to thicken, add two tablespoons of sugar and mix for two minutes.
