the ingredients :

  • 160 grams butter.
  • 180 grams honey.
  • baking soda.
  • 4 eggs.
  • salt.
  • 150 grams of sugar.
  • 250 grams of flour.
  • 800g sour cream.
  • 150 grams powdered sugar.
  • 10 grams of vanilla sugar.

Preparation :

Prepare the cake :

-Prepare the cake melt 160 grams of butter with 180 grams of honey on medium heat. After the butter melts, add 1.5 teaspoons of baking soda, stir until it becomes golden brown.

-Remove from heat, place in a bowl to cool to room temperature.
-Incubate 4 eggs and add a pinch of salt to them, beat the eggs until they hold together. When whisking, add 150 grams of sugar in 3 batches.
-Add melted honey with butter to the beaten eggs, beat them again, then add 250 g of sifted flour to them (add the flour in parts and stir gently).

-Take an oven tray size (42 * 32 cm), but the cooking paper inside it, then pour the mixture and balance the mixture in the tray with a spoon (baking at 180 ° C from 15 to 20 minutes).

-After you take it out of the oven, trim the edges and cut them in half, then divide each half into two layers so that you have 4 layers.

Preparing the decorations :

-Beat 800 grams of sour cream and add vanilla sugar and powdered sugar in parts when whisking.
-Put the cake layers on top of each other and spread the cream evenly over each layer (so we have a layer of cream, a layer of cake...).

-Put the cream on the edges of the cake.
-Crush the crumbs that we cut from the cake and sprinkle them over the cream to cover it completely from the sides.
