Sesame sticks stuffed with chocolate cream


the ingredients :

  • 140ml milk.
  • 40 grams of sugar.
  • 4 grams instant yeast.
  • 250 grams of bread flour.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • 20 grams butter.
  • Sesame.
  • Chocolate cream.

Preparation :

-In a glass bowl, put 140ml of warm milk, 40g of sugar, and 4g of instant yeast, mix them together, add 250g of flour and 1/4 tsp of salt, stir a little, then knead with your hands until the dough becomes semi-smooth.



-Remove the dough from the bowl, then knead it with 20 g of butter for 10 minutes.


-Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Divide the dough into 10 pieces, make each piece a round shape, cover the pieces, and let it rest for 10 minutes.



-The simplest piece on the table, solve it with a stick.



-Grease part of it with milk, sprinkle over the greased part with sesame.



-Turn the dough over and roll it out with the stick again, pierce the dough (in the form of stripes), and fill it with chocolate cream.





-Fold the dough into these shapes (do this with all the pieces).









-When all the pieces are done, let them rest for 30 minutes to rise (it becomes twice as large).
-Heat the oil, fry the fingers on medium heat.
