the ingredients :

Preparation :

Prepare the sauce :

sauce simmer, stirring occasionally until the tomatoes have broken down
and the sauce has thickened, about1 an hour.
- Remove from the heat and
discard the garlic.

Pasta preparation :

-Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
-In a small saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over low heat until It just boils.
-Stir the pasta with the sauce, add the basil and a pinch of Parmigiano and salt.
