Chocolate Chip Biscuits
Ingredients :
- 120gm unsalted butter.
- 50 grams white sugar.
- 60g dark brown sugar.
- vanilla extract.
- 1 egg.
- baking soda.
- 50gm dark chocolate.
- 100gm chocolate chips.
Preparation :
-Put the butter in a glass bowl, stir it with a spoon until it melts, add 50 grams of white sugar and 60 grams of dark brown sugar, mix them together well.
-Add to the mixture a spoonful of vanilla extract and an egg, stir the mixture, add 150 g of sifted flour and half a spoon of baking soda, mix them together well until the mixture becomes wet, then add 50 g of dark chocolate (cut into small pieces) and 100 g of chocolate chips, stir together.
-Take an oven tray, put cooking paper in it.
-Shape the dough into small circles with a spoon, and place them on the baking paper.
-Bake it at 190°C for 12 minutes.
