sweet and spicy Korean chicken
the ingredients :
- 350 grams chicken breast.
- salt.
- ginger.
- minced garlic.
- black pepper.
- milk.
- Sugar.
- soft red pepper.
- soy sauce.
- oyster sauce.
- ketchup.
- chili oil.
- starch syrup.
- 40 grams of flour.
- 60 gm rice flour.

Preparation :
Chicken preparation :
-Cut 350g chicken into small squares, put them in a bowl, add 3g salt, 0.5 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 3 tablespoons milk, and 0.5 teaspoons black pepper, mix them together.
-Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes.
-In a bowl, put 40g of flour, 60g of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 100ml of water, and stir well until the mixture becomes almost liquid.
-After resting, place the chicken in the mixture, mixing well.
-Take out the chicken pieces and put them to boil in the hot oil, when it turns light brown, remove it from the oil, leave it for 3 minutes and then return it to the frying pan, remove it when it turns dark brown.
Prepare the sauce :
-In a glass bowl, put 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of fine red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of ketchup, 3 tablespoons of chili oil, and 3.5 tablespoons of starch syrup, and mix well.
-Pour the prepared sauce into the pan over low heat, when it begins to boil, stir the sauce for 30 seconds, then add the chicken pieces, a few pieces of chili, and 2 tablespoons of chopped peanuts.
