Biscuits bretzels meringués
Ingredients :
- 2 egg whites.
- salt.
- 150 grams of sugar.
- 50 ml water.
- vanilla extract.
- cut the pretzel.
Preparation :
-Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites, beat them (do not stop beating).
-Put 150 grams of sugar in the heating pot, add 50 ml of water to it, heat them on a low heat until their temperature reaches 120 degrees, put the liquid and mix with the first mixture, add a spoonful of vanilla extract, after the mixture hardens, stop the beating.
Put the mixture inside the tube, cut the pieces as follows:
-Put on top of them a sliced pretzel.
-Bake in the lower center of a preheated oven at 90°C for 120 minutes.
