Ingredients :

  • 180 grams liquid milk.
  • 30 grams of sugar.
  • instant dry yeast.
  • 300 gr bread flour.
  • salt.
  • 90 grams of unsalted butter.
  • oil.
  • 80 grams brown sugar.
  • cinnamon.
  • 150 gr cream cheese.
  • 30 grams powdered sugar.
  • vanilla extract.

Preparation :

-Bring a mixing bowl, put 160 grams of milk, 30 grams of sugar, an egg, and a spoonful of instant dry yeast in it, mix them together, add 300 grams of bread flour and ½ teaspoon of salt, stir them together until they become a sticky dough, cover the bowl with a cling film, and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. After the dough rests, add 40 grams of unsalted butter to it, knead them together for 10 minutes, after the dough becomes firm, add a spoon of oil, repeat the kneading, and cover the bowl with a cling film for 1 hour.






-Bring a glass bowl, put 80 grams of brown sugar, a tablespoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in it, and stir them together.


-Remove the dough from the bowl, place it on the surface, sprinkle a little flour on it, remove the gas, and spread it on the surface on a scale (40 x 30 cm), put 50 g of soft unsalted butter (brush it over the dough), sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon.






-Roll the dough.


-Use a sharp knife, cut the dough.
-Put the pieces inside the oven tray, cover the pieces with a lid and leave for 60 minutes.



-Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.
-Stir 150 grams of cream cheese, add 30 grams of powdered sugar, 20 grams of milk, and a spoonful of vanilla extract, stir again, take the pieces out of the oven, and put the cheese and vanilla mixture on them.
