ingredients :

  • 50 grams of hazelnuts.
  • 50 grams of almonds.
  • 50 grams of walnuts.
  • 100 gm dark chocolate.
  • 80 grams of date syrup.
  • water.

  • 50 grams of raisins.
  • 100g of high-quality flour.

Preparation :

-Put the almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts in the skillet. Roast for a few minutes on low heat. After roasting, put it in a glass bowl.
-Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the nuts.

- Put the date syrup in the saucepan and add two tablespoons of water to it and heat them together for one minute (without boiling), then pour it after heating it over the chocolate and nuts, stir it together with a spoon, add a teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of grated nutmeg and a pinch of grated orange peel With a pinch of pepper, stir and add 50 grams of raisins (pre-soaked in water for 15 minutes), stir again, add 100 grams of high-quality flour, mixing well takes enough time.

-Put the dough on cooking paper.

-Wet your hands with water and form gingerbread.

-Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
