Japanese style cheesecake


Ingredients :

  • 160 g cream cheese.
  • 20 gm unsalted butter.
  • 50 ml milk.
  • 40g cake flour.
  • 4 eggs.
  • Lemon juice.
  • 80 grams of sugar.
  • Mall 16x7 cm (Rectangle).
  • Mall (round).
  • honey.

Preparation :

-Pour 160 grams of cream cheese into a glass bowl, stir until dissolved, add 20 grams of unsalted butter and stir over hot water, add 50 ml of milk, mix well together, remove from hot water, add 40 grams of sifted cake flour Stir a little, add 4 egg yolks, and stir the mixture until it becomes liquid.








-Put 4 egg whites in a mixing bowl, add a spoon of lemon juice to them, beat until you get bubbles, then add 80 grams of sugar in three batches to make a cohesive meringue, after you finish making the meringue mix it with the first mixture.



-We prepare the rectangular mold, put the circular mold in it, pour the mixture into the circular mold, and put hot water in the rectangular mold.





-Baking at 160°C for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat for 5 seconds and bake at 110°C for 1 hour.
-After ripening, sprinkle honey on top.
