ingredients :

  • 95 grams of almond flour.
  • 85 grams of powdered sugar.
  • 80 grams of egg white.
  • 75 grams of sugar.
  • Blue in color.

Preparation:

- Beat 80 g of egg whites with 75 g of sugar for 5 minutes, then add the blue color and beat again for 5 minutes, after the mixture becomes homogeneous, add to it (85 g of sifted sugar and 95 g of sifted almond flour) in a bowl Two pieces in batches, beating again until completely combined.




-Put the mixture in a tube and form circles on a baking sheet.



-Heat the oven to 120 degrees.
- After heating the oven, put the pieces in the oven and bake at 120 ° C for 3 minutes.
