strawberry pudding
Ingredients :
- 70 grams of sugar.
- 200gm frozen strawberry.
- 10 grams gelatin.
- 370ml milk.
- 400 grams heavy cream.
- 40g yogurt (not sugar yogurt).
Preparation :
-Put in a heating pot 200g of frozen strawberries with 30g of sugar, bring to a boil over low heat (mix well).
-Take the strawberries out of the bowl, and put them in the blender.
-Mix 10g of gelatin with 50ml of water, stir well.
-Pour 370 ml of milk, 30 g of sugar, and 130 g of heavy cream into the heating bowl, heat them for 3 minutes, then take them out and add the gelatin dissolved in water and the strawberry mixture, stir them with a spoon well, pour the mixture into a sifter and drain well (so that the liquid remains alone), stir the liquid A few in a bowl over ice water, then put the mixture in molds, cover them with plastic wrap and leave them in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
-Place a bowl over ice water, pour 70ml of heavy cream, 40g of yogurt, and 10g of sugar, and stir together well until the mixture thickens together.
-Take out the molds from the refrigerator, put the pudding on a plate, pour the cream on it, and decorate it with a strawberry.
