ingredients: 

  • 85 grams of pitted dates.
  • Two tablespoons of almond butter.
  • 90 grams of oats are gluten-free.
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.

Preparation:

-Put the dates and goose butter in a milling machine and crush them, put them in a glass bowl and add the oat flakes, mix them with your hand, then add the vanilla extract and stir them well.
-And then shape it into small balls, put it in the fridge for 15 minutes [we will eat it the next morning].
