ingredients:

  • 300 grams of shredded broccoli.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 chopped onion.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • A teaspoon of garlic.
  • a tablespoon of salt.
  • A tablespoon of grated cheese.
  • A tablespoon of cream cheese.
  • tablespoon of oil.

Preparation:

-Put grated broccoli in a bowl, add eggs, onions, black pepper, salt, garlic, mix all these ingredients.
-Then add the grated cheese and cream cheese and mix it well. Put the tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and distribute it all over the place. Then put the mixture and spread it in the pan.
-When done, cover and cook for 7 minutes, then take out and stir for 3 minutes.
