-After one hour, remove it from the pot and divide it into 10, the weight must be balanced with the scale [about 46 grams each], make it round in shape, cover them with plastic wrap and ferment [20 minutes], and when fermentation put the smooth side from the bottom and roll the dough by rolling it into a rectangle, then Stretch the end of the dough with your fingertips and pull the opposite side down, and please extend it a little [about 13 cm], put it on the oven tray while leaving some spaces between the dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment [about one hour].
-Then bring an egg and a tablespoon of water and mix them and put them on the bread in order to get a beautiful burnt color, then put them in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 17-20 minutes.
