  • 3 egg yolks.
  • 240 grams of sugar-free yogurt.
  • 30 grams of cake flour.
  • 10 g of corn starch.
  • Grated lemon slice.
  • Teaspoon salt.
  • 10 grams of lemon juice.
  • 3 egg whites.
  • 50 grams of sugar.


-In a glass bowl, put the egg yolk, yogurt, flour, starch, lemon zest, and salt, then stir well.
-Then mix the two mixtures, stirring gently, and gradually add the meringue.
-Put the formed mixture in a round mold [diameter 15 cm, height 7 cm], beat the cake mold on the table to remove air bubbles, transfer to a preheated oven at 150 ° C for 30 minutes, bake again at 140 ° C for 30 minutes, a total of [60 minutes]. 
-When finished, put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold, when it cools, add powdered sugar on top.
